Got a job interview tomorrow for a hospital maintenance electrician. Just wondering roughly what the job will entail if anyone has done a similar job. So I have half a idea as to what will be expected of me and can have a think bout the sort of technical questions that might be aimed at me. I have no experience whatsoever of been a maintenence electrician just installations so any heads up would be appreciated cheers

What I thought then basically. Im debating on accommodation accepting the job for this lamp changing reasoning as above but when im looking to can some more experiance elsewhere to where I am currently working. I am only recent ly qualified and want a full scope of electrical experience. However just dont know if maintenance spark in hospital is something I should be looking at in another 30yrs time or if I can gain some valuable experience there.

All the job role stated was preventative maintenance testing. Control of stock and ordering of accessories and equipment and installation work in a nutshell

as long as you have the presence of mind to look busy when you're doing nothing, it's a doddle of a job. H&S will be a major concern of the employer, so expect a few questions there.
