    Distribution at a Caravan Park

e54, bear in mind this panel will be 15-20 years old and in a poor condition currently. the main switch for the park looks to be a 60947-2 time delayed mccb/rcd, i would be pretty certain to say there would be a 16mm cpc going down to a rod bolted to one of the M8 brass bolts securing the gland...

    Distribution at a Caravan Park

doesnt sound too bad, tbh best way is singularly fed but the cost of this can be a issue, id personally have a mccb/rcd time delay at the mains rodded down to TT, swa to fdu distribution panel, rod this point too, swa to hooks ups, no more than 6 sockets on a 63a breaker

    Distribution at a Caravan Park

the 16mm cpc if its present would usually terminate at a local earth rod, probably not in a pit, that fdu looks to have been flooded or the door left open at some point to allow water in as them legrand boxes are usually very good.

    knee pad inserts

sounds a bit overkill but i use my spare motocross knee guards at the moment, strap in place under trousers, never move and very very comfy, keep knees dry too, and good cushioning when dropping on to knees quickly, currently using evs ones, 20 quid, bargain

    Cable jointing PILC to SWA

a good blow torch is essential and alcohol wipes are very very handy, just dont let the two meet, if their not available, plenty of rag and wd40 works as a good replacement. their not too bad once u get into them, just take your time, i tend to ude the birkett swishpak joints up to 300mm, these...

    Is it 3-phase?

looks like split phase, test between both supplies, split single is indicated by 460 volts, also try do a phase to phase reading if your tester does this.
