    Just some technical information

Not sure if this helps you but The AC side is connected like a load and is considered one as far as BS7671 is concerned. It is therefore in parallel with the supply and just back feeds when it is generating.

    PV Panel - Output Deterioration

When I started to install that stuff 10 years ago IIRC correctly I remember for a panel to be MCS approved, part of the criteria was that it could lose upto 10% over 20 years. Dirt and bird crap is more of an issue lol as most roof mounted systems never get cleaned!!

    Underfloor Heating Thermostat in Bathroom

Yes. If it is outside of Zones and has 30ma RCD protection (Additional Protection) then it is fine with the regs. However, as Midwest says above, check with manufacturer if the the thermostat itself is suitable for environment first.

2 electric showers and melted live wire from relay

ABB Switchgear is very good. All that needs is a 230v coil, n/o contactor rated 40A or above. They come with 4 pole but only use 2. It's suitably protected against overload by the 40A MCB. That has overheated either due to contactor failing or poor termination. Just get the contactor and...

It's a shower priority unit. It will only one run at a time with one taking priority over the other. Terribly installed though!!

    Wilo Pump Capacitor Replacement

Unlikely OP will have meter which measures capacitance. OP, Remove the screw at front of pump with large flat screwdriver. Some water will run out so have a towel. With pump powered turn the shaft clockwise with screwdriver. If it spins up, replace capacitor.

    RCD tripping with PV

Yes, the RCD can trip under fault disconnecting the mains supply, yet the inverter could still feed onto the busbar via its MCB for up to 5 seconds under G83 rules, subsequently keeping the fault supplied.

    RCD tripping with PV

You can't categorically say that it is not the PV without testing. The inverter itself could have earth leakage or, if transformerless, could be leaking AC through the array via bonding (roof systems almost never are bonded though), or through the wet building to earth when it rains. Easily...

Buzz, don't want to state the obvious......but you did say 9...fair enough?? People will accept a lot if they are kept up date, if you had rang before going Doc's apologising that you were still coming but would be a bit late, I bet she would have been cool with that....

Terminate SWA in Wiska or straight to Garage CU

Yes, you can do either of those that you mention. Go for a 3 core SWA so you have a core as CPC and ensure to earth the armour, preferably from supply end.
