You could, but that's getting into the territory of remedial action as opposed to reporting. And you would want to be certain that it's not something critical.
Wouldn't really agree. It shouldn't be necessary (and indeed may be undesirable) to remove every faceplate for inspection - even in a domestic property. There is a risk of introducing faults doing this. Around 20% of accessories should be perfectly adequate.
