    Plug socket type on construction site?

    BGB (section 704) states that plug sockets on a construction site if over 16A must be commando type. Thats the only mention of sockets I can find, can I assume that 1363 sockets can be used in a temporary office area (probably a porter-cabin) that is generally waterproof etc? Thanks.
