    Electrician caught signing off new install certs for non registered spark!!!

    I know a few Electricians that sign off other sparks work for some easy cash. What would happen if they were caught? Any one hear of registered electrician get done for this sort of thing??

    I am after some editable EICR forms that can be filled in on the IPad - I am using Napit Desktop but that wont run on MAC, and I cant get any emulator for the ipad either.     I am used to niceic forms so please bear with me! In the insulation resistance section it only has two fields for recording details which are live -live and live to earth, surly I have to record more than a live to earth for a radial what about neutral values!!

    I am a fully qualified 17th edition spark and I'm uncertain whether I can test and sign certs in domestic installations? I was asked to do a fixed wiring test for someone wanting to rent out a house. Would I be able to do this if I had 2391 but wasn't part p registered?
