    Parallel Feeds

    Doing an EICR on a building and a sub board has two 4mm twin and earths feeding it. Cables are connected into same breaker in main db but take different routes to get to sub board. Is there anything in the regs regarding as I cant find anything. Cheers for any information or advice.

    why the light doesn't work!

    I was fault finding a streetlighting column today and found this. That'll be why the light doesn't work then. Wouldn't it have been better to drop a new length of cable in instead of using chokky blocks? They have their place sure, just not inside the very top of an exposed lighting column.
