    Hi Silly question probably. But the metrel MI3000 neck strap.... It has the main part (with the soft neck padding) that connects to the metrel meter BUT what is the other part that comes with the neck strap that looks like a belt?? Any ideas?

    I have recently had to send an alphatek eurotest meter for repair which took metrel 12 weeks. Sometimes things take time i appreciate that but them it went wrong again, and now they say they have returned it, but they have not.
