    10mm t&e lsoh cable

    Is there anything on the market that will ease the connection of this ridiculous cable & size. At the moment us nutties are struggling to connect into a 45 amp cooker switch,fixed on a fast fix 2g box,then struggling with a cable outlet connection,are we mad or what.     16mm T&E

    I had a job last week to provide 6 meter connections . New builds and noticed in the meter box, Electricians had run in 16mm t&e from CU to external box with 80amp switch fuse. Thoughts please.

    Plastic compression glands for T&E into metal CU

    I'm sure this will have come up but what are the thoughts on cable entry into metal CUs? Obviously from the rear is simplest but if cables have to come in from below then do we need to use metal glands or are plastic ok? I assume for RFC its best for both legs of the circuit to enter together...

    Submain 16mm t&e cpc chopped

    EICR.. 80 switch fuse in meter cupbord, 16mm t&e to cu with 6mm cpc chopped both ends and 16mm earth ran along side submain. zdb/pefc/pscc fine. bonding from db fine. i would never do this but struggling to find a reg number aggainst it :/ opinions appreachiated
