Pleased I don't live where Alarm Man lives - looks like he encounters violence at every opportunity. Then again maybe it's his approach rather than his location that results in violence.

I'd like to have the couldn't care less attitude - it's great for sleep at night, but it's not my way. Don't encounter violent customer or contractors either - all civilised where we are.

aye live in the hood me,gotta tool up to get the milk from the door step...like ive said start knocking on doors instead of telling everyone else too..see what reaction you get from your competitors customers

Blimey lads just caught this one !! yes its a duff instal !! top panels will have probs in few yrs and whats INSIDE like ? BUT this is the industry were in! they all will drop out of it over next few months leaving those who care about the industry to SORT those jobs out probbably payed for by the same governing bodies that have stood back and let this all happ!! so lads ur membership fees will keep going up so you best CHARGE when you get the call!! ref nocking on doors !! knuckles would be raw:)) lol

Considering I posted an hour ago stating that I wasn't about about to do that, how many do you think?
I was posting from a customers perspective. Why is that so hard to comprehend?

coz im thick mate..if the customer was that concerned he/she or heshe would raise it,doesnt need the solar polis to turn up on the doorstep bitching about other installers ,not that they would anyway because there all waiting for each other to do it..while writing to their mp about how shocking it all is..
