Hi

I'm interested in becoming an electrician. I have been told that it would be be a good idea to study the c and g 2330 and NVQ level 3. I am working full time at the moment and have been looking at the OLCI course. ÂŁ5757 for 2330 and NVQ, part P etc. Was wondering if anyone could give some advice on the best way forward. I'm 38 years old and this is a complete career change for me.

Thanks

there is so many c and g and quick training centers, its gone silly i would love to start a trade body and go mad training up people and get rich and every now and then bring out a new course and charge 5000 maybe give them a medal gold star ha ha

Hey Kev

I've just got on a c&g 2330, start next tues at a local college, part time in the evenings, there is colleges that will still be doing them, i would definately look into it, it's a lot cheaper than these training centre's!! was gonna do one myself until found this course at my local college, the lecturer has told me i will still be able to do level 3 next year also, try to look about asap, you might be lucky.

Good luck
