ceiling lighing issue

hi all,

i have an issue i replaced a light at my door today but it keeps tripping when i take the light off the trip switch stays up, the fuse that keeps tripping has lights and the spur for the alarm system on it (no idea why they wired it like that). any ideas?

One of them black is the switch live mate and ones the nuetral. Do no connect together :/)

I would of hoped that nearly after a week the OP has wired the light correctly now or got an electrician in.

Or he is recovering in hospital and cannot get to t'internet.
