Which dielectric matte coatings are applied to industrial electrical cabinets?

Not sure what material it is but if I ever have something custom made, I have it powder coated.

Absolutely correct they hold water, shrouds are totally unnecessary. 20s is 24mm spanner, 20 large is 30mm spanner.
