Running a 20A 6.0mm T&E radial to utility room to supply two single 13A sockets to feed Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.

The T&E will be terminated in a PVC adaptable box, just wondering how to make the connection to the sockets as terminals
will not take 6.0mm.

Can I use connector strip using 4.0mm or 2.5mm to feed the sockets, was hoping to use Wago but they too will not take 6.0mm.
Is there connector out there that will do the job.

Thanks

As you already have 6mm installed use that (as you said) then use 2.5mm for the additional sockets
20A MCB is fine for protection

One advantage is you will have a very good Zs reading

I think 6.0mm and 2.5mm in the same terminal is more likely to result in an unsound connection than two (6mm or otherwise) conductors of the same CSA,as there is a risk that the smaller CSA wire will not be clamped once the screw is on the 6mm.
Just to clarify I dont believe a 6.0mm radial for the scenario the OP has described is ever a good idea...the point I was making is that despite what others have said it IS possible to satisfactorily terminate two 6mm conductors in a quality socket with a 35mm minimum back box.If you cant do it dont blame the gear.

I've stated it's ''possible'' but i wouldn't like to to rely on those terminations for the reasons given previously. Not that i would even think about having twin 6mm cables supplying 13A socket outlets of any description...

As for using differing cable CSA, it doesn't quite work that way. The screw will have enough space to deform both the 6mm and the 2.5mm. In the case of 2 X 6mm, there is no space to deform conductors the terminal space as it's at it's maximum capacity!!

Who's blaming the gear?? It's those that contemplate stringing socket outlets together with 6mm cable thats Bonker's...
