Right ... Just been nudged to set this up by Paul.M and sounds a good idea following recent threads I've done in the Arms..

Is that shiny thing the snapped off bolt? Bit of a clean-up required and you might stand a chance of not getting the chisel out.

Me - 'so what do you need me for?'

Customer - 'It dont work'

Why, when I hear the words 'Hooked up' do I shudder?

there was a huge loft access above the garage

Such a shame about the missing trim - really takes the shine off that job.

There are two things that spoilt the job one is not painting over the wires and the other is not using led lamps otherwise a top effort.
