Cute dog! I'm one of these who likes long walks. At least an hour or so, it's good fun!

the secret is to teach the dog to fetch. ball, stick, frisbee, anything. then you walk 1 mile, the dog runs 10. sssimpless.

anything that doesnt require 10 men to stop it when it goes mad..,yorky terrier,yappy but nice little dogs or a greyhound,plenty of them around,young but dont make enough money for their owners,so get binned,need plenty of walks tho.

BS!!! Been rescuing Greyhounds in my family for years! They are the single most bone idle dog you could ever meet! 2x20 minute walks, on leads, will be more than enough for most, or if you have somewhere secure to let them off (Not the best at coming back) AND you can persuade them to run, you're done in about 10 mins!!! The Males are by far the laziest, but you have to be careful around small furry things such as cats. Not ideal with really young kids who tend to wake them up by touching them, but with older kids, no problems at all.

After reading this thread I very nearly bought a dog last night good job I hadn't had a drink !

I have had a golden retriever 9 years ace dog and a brown and tan Dobaman 6 years the doby with out dout the best dog ever !

I would really love a boxer. I have been known to actually stop my car, reverse and get out for a cuddle of a boxer puppy, well any puppy really. :tt1: I am ridiculous.

I know not everyone's but been looking at British bulldogs. Hopefully will get a rescued one then the right one comes up
