The MP for Jarrow today called for screening at Newcastle airport to be introduced, completely ignoring the fairly busy sea port with regular sailings to and from various European destinations. In response, the North East news just had a doctor on who said that this disease is not spread though normal day to day contact or someone sneezing in the same room as you "you need fairly close contact with the bodily fluids of an infected person"

Looks like I was right, no need to panic.

there was nothing on tv i swear.

anyway they were saying there is a very low risk unless you come into contact with bodily fluids e.g. diariah or blood.

sweat and saliva is low risk aparrently.

bassically the desease is like legionella, poor highgiene is how it spreads.

the reason the nurses are getting infected is they take the infected clothing off themselfs, one slip and they could get it.

they bassically described it that they fould the clothes inside out to avoid direct contact while removing them

Sorry to pi$$ on your bonfire son, but we have been told it is airborne and there is a chance of contracting the virus through sneezing; it may be a slim chance but I'd rather not risk it. So do what your mutha tells ya and keep a clean hanky in yer pocket. :ciappa:
