High R1 & R2 reading

Discuss High R1 & R2 reading in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

meter across the switch. could be a high reading.
 
When I read title I assumed a "high" reading like 400 Ohms!

If its R1+R2 is still within limits then that is a good thing. Be good to know why higher though and eliminate.....
