Cheers, a report been submitted to the Client & suggests improvement, with the first option to disconnect all Light Columns & hopefully IR measurements will improve.
Ok good luck with that Cliffed, but I perhaps misread or assumed the columns had been disconnected and like others assumed it was maybe a cable fault/low IR but now it could equally be within the column or one or more of the actual light fitting(s)?

As above. I assumed the cable had been isolated, and the poor readings were from that alone.
I almost expect to find less than perfect IR readings from any outdoor lamp fitting that has been in use for some time.

The cable had been isolated & IR tests were performed & measurements were poor throughout.
Within the time we were on site it became clear that this was not a simple fix, & we were actually concerned that we may even make the situation worse, disconnecting & then reconnecting.
There’s approx 30 columns & access is not great, hopefully the Client will go with a complete disconnection & see where we go from there.
Cheers for your input everyone
