Makes a change for the NICEIC not to get a bashing, also the bgb and the osg are only guidelines to help us until plumbers,builders and customers tell us otherwise. i once got a look of doubt from a carpenter because i had forgot to put in the return leg of my radial socket circuit.

..and to top it off i realised he had used a 6mm cable for a 10700 watt oven!!!

Ah ok..so what would normally be 45 amps for 10.7 kw would change to 22 amps (10 amps + 30% of remainder) because of diversity? (tables a1+2 of osg)

Is this the correct calc?
