What table do I use in the on site guide to find the maximum Zs for a TT sytems? My Ze is 3.61 so they all be over anyway?

We are constantly the harbingers of bad news, and that is just a large part of the job. I certainly would never hold back giving people an honest appraisal of the situation simply because I don't want to upset them.
