The boxes are good.not sure about the 3 lever connectors had a few that won't take a hold of the conductor in one of the ports.i have a wago case in the van and will compare the two next week.apart from that thumbs up .

I would just like to urge people to give LINE a go. I placed my first order with them a couple of weeks ago, 50 enclosures and a couple hundred connectors to keep me going. I ordered in the early afternoon using their website and my delivery came the next day mid afternoon. I asked for a fistfull of samples of bits that I didn't buy and got them too. Clearly a company that realises the value of good customer service..keep it up guys.
 
especially their downlight kits. all you need is a pair of cutters and a bit of earth sleeve. no more arsing around with screws dropping out of boxes and being totally unfindable.
 
Gotta agree with Teletrix there....lost count of the amount of time wasted trying to find a dropped JB screw as they seem to bounce and roll under anything nearby *mutters*.
 
Line, fantastic company great product, use them all the time. Customer service is great. If you haven't tried them then I urge you to. Great thread.

Hi, after reading about Line products have purchased the lighting kit & the connector kit but forgot to ask for samples of other items, if you're reading this Line ;-) order no 1xx3 refers. Will let you know how I get on with loft conversion, should be easy going on previous reviews :-D

Well it had to happen to someone.... I placed an order with Line on Sat 18/8/12 and have yet to receive the goods. Have been checking my account on their website and it still says "processing", have sent emails asking for delivery date followed by a phone call this morning only to be met by an answering machine.

Respond please Line, you have my details.

Ok wasn't aware you only operate Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.00

I agree that on this occasion our service has not been what we aim for. No excuses. Please accept my apology. We will see you right.

Yes, our normal opening days are mon to fri - 8 to 8. So we wouldn't usually pick up emails or messages sent after this time on a Friday but will try respond within 24 hours during weekends.

I will email you an update.

I wanted to wait until I received the goods before responding, which as promised were delivered today.

I accept your apologies and explanation regarding the late delivery but also understand this kind of thing can happen.
