The interested customer in the Council/Insurance/Buisness sectors just go with what they know,that is the Niceic
If you require registration to generate business for you,the Niceic must be your choice
If you only work in domestic and all you need is to comply with the Part P pants notification process,any of them will be Ok
I have nothing good whatsoever to say about the Niceic,but its going no where soon and will not be toppled from its lofty position any time soon either
If you want avenues to be opened for you for Domestic testing/Commercial or industrial installation and many council led contracts.then you may need to pay the bribe,sorry I meant Registration fee
