Just put a new cu in started testing .so here it goes start doing rfc line 0.33 nn 0.32 cpc 0.55
Ins all good now this a split load
Dis the cpc what i was working on and now showing earths in and are out so theor is no parallall paths has far that i can see the main earth is out but showing earths all water and gas have been disconnected

Surely its as simple as something metal, probably the incoming cold water pipe, connected via other pipes to an earthed metal appliance. Very easy to prove too.
not if the earths are connected to the c/u ,but showing earths on sockets in brick walls . and cables under wooden floors and not touching any pipe work. I have checked for that .even up stairs socket showing earths where present .

Are you sure building is not old enough to have - underground "Panic Room" / priest hole !
" Stealthy alarm system install ".
Been in attic yet?
Has it ever been the home of a radio ham or a DIYer
fearing a lightening strike !
looked under the floor boards ,
even looked for a missile bunker and any trap doors leading to some steps .
