All RCBO board, tricky getting it tidy due to the amount of cables squeezed in to such a small space. Would appreciate comments/feedback.

Thanks,

i'd not be ashamed of that. a nice tidy job. it's a pity the manufacturers didn't fit the din rail 1/2" lower to give you more space above the RCBOs.

@High Tower that is better than my last RCBO C/U, nice work.

I'm working on a new build power station atm, temp supplies to 200+ cabins. I'll take a few pics this week and post them up, something a bit different from normal installs.

In the mean time here is a pic showing cable tidiness.

Pic #2 is a work in progress (and it was hard work pulling in 180+ cables at that height using 10m tower + wearing a harness whilst hanging over the edge! H&S paperwork for that task was ridiculous but worth while. We all went home without injury.

Are they unsheathed singles on that basket?

On the left? They are 0.75mm twin DC cables for back stage Que lights. Signal to driver then to "Blue lights" (via a local AC feed).

look like FP200 to me.

Black ones on the rights? Speaker cables mate, DMX. Feels a bit like "Hi Tough" with stranded and not solid inside..... best I can describe it.

Sorry Lee, I see what you mean... They are singles in the 1st pic. We had to "clothes line" them up and out of the way (not leaving them on the floor to be stood on). 144 x 2.5mm singles feeding a 48 x 3pin 15Amp socket outlet fed in trunking that is out of shot. Each socket is for an individual stage light controlled by a bloke in a control room via a Dimmer unit.

Big plug socket outlet:-

Bit of tray work for a new office AC at a local hospital, first time doing tray and using proper sets instead of ready made angles. Will get some more of the finished product, but pretty happy with it.

OK, it's been waaaaaay too long without some action in this thread. With the end of my training coming up soon (fingers crossed, Capstone assessment next month) I'm running my first major install for the boss. New machine in a poultry plant, remote IO to the main PLC.

So far with a 2nd year under me we've laid out the panel and started some tray work. I'll post updates as the project goes on.

CU is neat. as for the joint box, i don't like the choc blocks.din rail mounted terminals would have been better here, but it's neatly done and cables clearly marked/secured.
