    The cheapest insulator of them all, air! There is a bus bar which is at a maximum of 20v DC, the titanium wire connects the bus bar to the part being anodised in a strong acid solution. It can't be insulated. I currently use aluminium, but this (without going into too much detail) can only...

    Almost, it's a Myford M series. Although that could be the same as a Super 7! I don't know! Well worked out form the picture though! Ive only just got it, it seems pretty good.

    Thanks. What would you reccomend? Oil or grease? It's on a lathe, the rest of the bearings on the lathe are oiled every day!

    How much does an emergency stop cost?

    That's a good idea. It's something I'll probably do in the future. At the moment the whole workshop is secure due to powerfull acids and other chemicals being in there!

    Thanks. Ive ordered 3. They are only for a lathe and pillar drill I have at home so single pole non-isolating is fine as I am the only one that has key to the area they are in!

    :)For me it would have been easier (but more expensive) as the shorter exam writing times would have been a lot better for the carpel tunnel I have in both hands!

    I think they mean that you don't have to revise as much as not all of the 2391 is in the 2395.
