you dont get max Ze values for a TT system with no rcd protection.
If the building has no RCD protection and relys on 60898 mcab only you mill have overcurrent protection only but no fault protection. You will not get your disconnection times under fault conditions with a ZE of 15ohms
Looks good but do isee Line and neutral conductors going through seperate penetrations on what i am guessing is a contactor? Ferrous metal enclosure electromagnectic effects, Eddy currents ect:-)
Th armour of the SWA may not always sufice!. If you use the adiobatic and K factor for a cable that size additional earthing must be run.
A good indication when using SWA is look at GN1 for the BGB page147 -150 it gives tables of what can and cannot be used.
240mm4c is ok if its thermosetting...
IMHO waste of money. i know that you are ment to torq terminations but nip it up and a quarter turn for luck inormally good.
I do like the advert that says it complys to BS7671 though never seen torq settings in there
