certain metric glands will fit imperial micc a digital vernier is what you need, the pots can be a problem to fit correctly but as a last resort you could drill the pot thread out and solder them on
I think your looking at less than 100mtr in length supplied ,allways thought single cores were easier to make-off than multi cores did a few in the 60s on some ASEA stirrers that were fitted to arc furnaces and a lot of 70mm singles all in trefoil to an induction furnace for tubes

we replaced a whole switchboard at Rohn Hass in jarrow all pyro,s were imperial and some had to be re-terminated we went to pyrotennax factory in hebburn to get them from old stock that they had (for free)
