I work in a factory and do the regular EML light test.
The factory has had some extra racking installed.
This now covers some of the emergency twin spots.
I know where I can move some of them to better cover the area and have discussed additional ones to also cover the area better...

Traced swa and found still conneto the trunking.
Looked on the DB and found the machine name was there but with another machine on the same circuit.
Removed the cover found this...
Every where I have worked recently has had the policy that you can't work off ladders as you can't maintain three points of contact.
Ladders as classed as used for access only.
