Well it depends on the system but if the transformer is so close then TN-S or TN-C-S I would expect to have very similar measured values for PEFC and PSSC.

I'd also expect the impedance of the transformer winding plus the impedance of the suppliers cable to be at least 0.02 Ohms but as we know, our testers can't work accurately at those values.

Is that the primary or secondary winding. That doesn't take into account the reactance in the windings at 2Pi x 50 x Inductance though.

Yep!! It's always been a fine line in getting distribution systems/layout cables correctly sized, to deliver the desired load requirements, whilst at the same time limiting PSCCs etc!!!

Place a large screwdriver across line/neutral and use a thermometer to measure it's temperature?
