hi ho, i just replaced replaced 8 gu10 50W bulbs in room as were blown. there is 18 on the one circuit plus 3 mini strip lights under benches very likely 18W each, they were all working when i left and when she left room she switched all 3 switches on 1 go and she said the fuse had blown, would you say by her switchen all on one go would of blown the 5A 1361 fuse ?? i personaly think to many but when you add it up its under 5 A

18 x 50W = 900W / 230V = 3.9A
3 x 18W = 54W / 230V = 0.23A so roughly 4A all in, which is under 5A

any input guys before you all go your local niteclub and dance like your up a ladder and fallling

not my fault your only 3ft and work with your dad and he locks you in ya seller with electric books. i just dont want to mess up thats all and typ typing is learning for moi as i wont work out of country at mo .which is all ive been offered recently. so dont give me its been an iffy day when you obviously got a job local and is sweet.

now your gonna make me go back to like for like fittings....lol

Firstly...i can assure you i aint "only 3 ft"! When i`m banging backboxes out the whole house shakes mate................not all breakers fit any 1 board....generally the height of the front portion (the bit that comes through the front cover) dictates whether they fit or not.............

now thats one part i didnt measure, im gonna guess 40mm. but besides that there is memera 2000 b6 installed and its about 100m in height and about 17mm width.hmmmm take it easy or them houses will come down on you like a ton of bricks. aa

Was on an install once....down in romford.....early 80s build and all thermalite walls inside...you only had to tap em and it felt like the lot would come down on yer.....load of crap build it was.............

i chased walls once and it was hard concrete, stinking it was, got me work boots dusty and all, so now you'v calmed down had yank watever, memera 2000 type b 6A how many you find that will fit.. oj i will take the oher one out as it supplying CH or something. or maybe il just ring them and say what im lookjng to match

finally got hold of memera 2000 type c mcb, last question, when putting on din rail, does theforee piece at back come out full or is this used to jam it on dinn rail.. just asking as hasnt used these before

Should be a clip you pull out with a driver....then offer it to the din rail and release clip ...so it secures the breaker to the din rail....make sure its located properly before anything else..........

well i put in typc c 6A mcb and flickered the light switches about 10 times and it was ok, ive told them to flick them all off in one go as you normaly would and we'l see, there was about 10 half packets of 5A fuses lying about the place.
