whats your reason for 61009s
Ordinarily I would code it a 3 had it been a much older install but I'm agreeing with glasgospark on this one and would give it a c2 just because of the cheek of it!
Thinking the real main problem with these forum is we spend hours picking the bones outta the regs and that's mainly because you can read it so many different ways, and pretty much make itsay what you want with a decent argument behind it. The thing is do you want to state this installation as being satisfactory on a printed/signed form for 5 years?
lol , only one other thing (maybe wrong word but ) wrong with install was a global IR of 18.6Megohms lives linked out , other than that all ok 18.6 i know is a pass and no need for further investigation but <6 months old
So it's compliant with 17th like it should of been at the time of install.
Maybe if there's an abnormally high Zs, but if it's TN-S it should be low enough to disconnect in time.aye...but i`d be getting a Zs on all that....any thats high is a (2)

i ment why 61009 and not amend it to dual rcd- rcbos are ÂŁ30+
If you factor in a new board (ÂŁ70ish) and your time in replacing said board (allow half a day ÂŁ120) your on way to a few rcbos there
