I have 10.8 Bosch for screw driving
Makita bhp 458 for light drilling
bosch gbh 36v for chasing/drilling
These are all you need
Im a bit of a tool freak

Bosch 10.8 will also drill up to 8mm easily in brick with a multiconstruction bit. It is all I use for general stuff like CU changes. Also got the 458 which is a beast!
was going to try the makita 18V sds for light chasing and SDS stuff.

Ahh didn't spot this 1, for an extra 50quid its deffo worth it. But I'm not too keen on drilling brick with a combi takes too long half the time. So for the use it would get I'd get the 190quid one.

10 Years or so ago, you may of had a point, but certainly not these day's!! the quality and durability has fallen way off, compared with the competition...

I'm well and truly in the Milwaukee camp myself, ...expensive, but puts the competition in to the shadows. Battery or corded they can't be equaled!! ...lol!!
