i have drilled through a waste pipe from a toilet that doesnt be usaed much so isnt leaking, have you evr done this and did you have to cut the pipe and refit piece or were you able to fill with ct1 or anything you consider was good

Try Denzyl tape from plumbers merchant. It's like a hessian bandage covered in a non setting mastic.

WARNING: Wear gloves! it can get messy, but dose the job.

Stick a 400 volt label over it, keeps everybody away.
