It will be a connection on a two gang or two way switch guaranteed, as I said earlier had the same thing last week - take off all the switches and re- terminate them all (DIY'rs have a great habit of getting a couple of strands into the lug)

so did wireless receivers and amps. with valves. the sound was so much better than them new-fangled transvestites.

yes there is Energy light bulbs on 2 way lighting.

Just had a call.

It tripped at half 11 last night just after she went to bed and after switching the 2 way on.

It then tripped again soon after she got up (switching the 2 way on)

It then tripped 20 mins later with the 2 way on.

This circuit has energy saving bulbs in on 2 way

take the cfl's out try again, if that doesnt work, why not isolate part of the circuit ie if three plate then discon 4 out of the 6 lights

Looks like I will have to isolate but hey no j/b that can be located grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

in each rose only 1 main power grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

think I may have to isolate from switch if poss

Looks like when power goes on to this 2 way light it trips hmmmmmmmmmm

My guess is an earth to N fault in the damaged light fitting. This will become a problem when other devices draw large currents.
